Home / How it works / Route three: Combine both
Route three
Build prevention into your core service and create a distinct offer alongside it.
Route three combines the Five Pillars Framework with EverFit, which began as the Move pillar in practice: a structured strength, balance and mobility Programme your own carers deliver. It is expanding to cover other pillars, starting with Nourish. This route is for providers ready to take a broader, more visible approach to prevention led care.

The idea
One joined up direction for your business
With this route you use the Five Pillars Programme to strengthen how your existing care service works, while introducing EverFit as the Move pillar in practice: a structured strength, balance and mobility Programme your own carers deliver. It is expanding to cover other pillars, starting with Nourish.
The result is a more coherent prevention led position: your core service has greater depth and consistency, and your business also has a distinct, marketable EverFit offer as its expansion gets underway.

Who it suits
For providers with ambition to lead locally
This route is most relevant to businesses that want to move beyond isolated service improvements and build a clearer long term position around prevention, capability and later life health.
It also asks the most of you. It needs leadership capacity, a team willing to change how visits work, and patience through the first phase. We would rather say that plainly now than discover it later.
- Best where the leadership team is already aligned
- Works well for providers with one to three branches
- Typically the strongest position for attracting self funders

The EverFit Programme
Four stages to introduce EverFit into your business
Scoping
We start by understanding your organisation, your current offer and the practical opportunity for change, so you get a grounded view of what is involved and whether the Programme is right for you.
Design
Working with your leadership team, we use the Five Pillars tools to map where you are now, where you are already strong and where the biggest opportunities sit. The outcome is a business-specific plan and service blueprint.
Implementation
This is where the plan becomes real. We train your current carers to deliver EverFit’s strength, balance, mobility and falls prevention sessions within your current business. Your team introduces the agreed changes with structured coaching, accountability and support from the Five Pillars team.
Ongoing Licence
Your licence keeps the Framework active with continued coaching, support sessions when you need them, monthly seminar to keep your knowledge fresh, access to the EverFit platform which includes the knowledge hub and managing clients, marketing help and use of the Five Pillars Partner logo.
