Privacy Policy
We collect personal information when you complete a form on this website, request a Personalised Sameness Report, or contact us by email or telephone. That normally means your name, role, organisation, email address, telephone number and anything else you choose to tell us about your business.
We use that information only to respond to your enquiry, produce and send anything you have asked for, and keep a record of our correspondence with you. We do not sell your details and we do not share them with third parties for their own marketing.
We keep enquiry records for as long as we have a legitimate business reason to do so, and then delete them. You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold, correct it, or delete it, by emailing enquiries@fivepillars.life. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Summary policy. This page summarises how we handle personal data. A full Privacy Policy setting out lawful bases, retention periods and data processors is being finalised and will replace this summary once reviewed.
