Route two

Add EverFit, the Move pillar in practice, to your care business.

EverFit began as the Move pillar in practice: a structured strength, balance and mobility Programme your own carers deliver. It is expanding to cover other pillars, starting with Nourish.

This page is for care companies. EverFit began as the Move pillar in practice: a structured strength, balance and mobility Programme your own carers deliver. The current offer includes falls prevention work, and it is expanding to cover other pillars, starting with Nourish. It is a service line you can charge for. Independent coach training and licensing are handled separately by EverFit.

Where EverFit sits

The Move pillar in practice, expanding over time

EverFit began as the Move pillar in practice: a structured strength, balance and mobility Programme your own carers deliver. It includes falls prevention work for older people who want support with strength, balance, mobility and confidence in everyday movement, and is expanding to cover other pillars, starting with Nourish.

It is designed as a distinct service, which care providers can offer alongside their core care provision, with its own name, its own delivery Programme and its own commercial logic.

How it is delivered

Built to work with the team you already have

EverFit is delivered by carers who complete the Programme training. That means you can develop a new offer without creating a separate delivery team or taking on additional permanent payroll purely for the service.

You can offer the Programme as EverFit, or present it under your own brand supported by EverFit. Either way the structure, training and resources come with it.

Worth being clear. EverFit is a licence arrangement, not a franchise. It does not include territorial exclusivity.

The EverFit Programme

Four stages to introduce EverFit into your business

1

Scoping

We start by understanding your organisation, your current offer and the practical opportunity for change, so you get a grounded view of what is involved and whether the Programme is right for you.

2

Design

Working with your leadership team, we use the Five Pillars tools to map where you are now, where you are already strong and where the biggest opportunities sit. The outcome is a business-specific plan and service blueprint.

3

Implementation

This is where the plan becomes real. We train your current carers to deliver EverFit’s strength, balance, mobility and falls prevention sessions within your current business. Your team introduces the agreed changes with structured coaching, accountability and support from the Five Pillars team.

4

Ongoing Licence

Your licence keeps the Framework active with continued coaching, support sessions when you need them, monthly seminar to keep your knowledge fresh, access to the EverFit platform which includes the knowledge hub and managing clients, marketing help and use of the Five Pillars Partner logo.

What is included

What the EverFit care company route provides

A structured Programme

A defined movement, strength and balance Programme designed for later life, with progression built in.

Training for your carer coaches

Training for the members of your team you nominate, so delivery is consistent and confident.

Delivery resources

Session materials, Programme guidance and the practical documents your team needs on the day.

Launch and development support

Ongoing support for introducing the service locally and developing it once it is running.

A clear commercial position

A route to position a distinct private pay offer rather than another undifferentiated care package.

Development for carers

A genuine progression route for good carers who want more than task based work.

A straight answer

Is EverFit right for your business?

EverFit may be a good fit if you want to add a prevention led offer, serve self funding clients, create development opportunities for carers and bring a more distinctive service to your local market.

It is probably not the right starting point if your core service needs attention first. In that case Route one is the more honest place to begin.
