How it works

One Framework. Different ways to put it into practice.

Every care business starts in a different place. That is why the Five Pillars Framework offers three routes for care providers, from a single new service line through to a full prevention led rebuild.

Three routes for care providers

Choose the route that matches your starting point

The routes are not tiers and one is not better than another. They simply reflect how much of your service you are ready to reshape, and how quickly you want a new private pay offer in the market.

1 Route one

Pivot your care service to preventative care

Embed the Five Pillars Programme across your existing home care service and build a more prevention led approach to care.

Best for Providers who want to reshape how they assess, plan, deliver and communicate care across the business, raising care quality and attracting more self funders.

2 Route two

Add EverFit

EverFit began as the Move pillar in practice: a structured strength, balance and mobility Programme your own carers deliver. It is expanding to cover other pillars, starting with Nourish.

Best for Providers who want to add a new private pay service without rebuilding their core care Programme first.

3 Route three

Combine both routes

Build the Five Pillars approach into your core service while adding EverFit: the Move pillar in practice, delivered by your own carers and expanding to other pillars, starting with Nourish.

Best for Providers ready to create a broader prevention led position and develop a new service alongside it.

What each route actually involves

Route one: Pivot

  • Reshapes your core service
  • Uses your existing team and rotas
  • Coached over an initial Programme, then reviewed
  • Strongest effect on differentiation and quality

Route two: Add EverFit

  • Adds a distinct private pay offer
  • Delivered by carers you train
  • Supported Programme, not a franchise
  • Fastest route to a new revenue line

Route three: Both

  • Core service redesign plus a new offer
  • The broadest prevention led position
  • Needs the most leadership capacity
  • For providers who want to lead locally

The Programme

A structured path from insight to implementation

Whichever route you take, the shape of the work is the same.

1

Scoping

An honest baseline. We look at your business, your local market and your numbers, and give you a written opinion on what the opportunity is worth, including “not yet” if that is the truth.

2

Design

Together we choose what you will be known for, then turn it into a business specific plan: the assessments, the visit changes, the positioning and the measurement.

3

Implementation

Your existing team puts the plan into practice, supported by structured coaching, practical tools and accountability. Existing carers, existing rotas.

4

Ongoing Partnership

Continued training, refreshers and support, so the Framework stays active and the story stays provable as your business evolves.

Partnership benefits include continued coaching, help and guidance, support sessions when needed, marketing help and use of the Partner logo.

The Move pillar in practice

EverFit is a practical way in

EverFit began as the Move pillar in practice: a structured strength, balance and mobility Programme your own carers deliver. It is expanding to cover other pillars, starting with Nourish. It complements Five Pillars, with existing carers trained to deliver it in the quieter middle of the weekday, on rota hours personal care already leaves empty.

It sells mostly as an upsell to clients you already have, at a higher price per visit and a materially better service delivery margin than regular care. It is the part you can test without committing to a full service rebuild.

The EverFit Programme

Four stages to introduce EverFit into your business

1

Scoping

We start by understanding your organisation, your current offer and the practical opportunity for change, so you get a grounded view of what is involved and whether the Programme is right for you.

2

Design

Working with your leadership team, we use the Five Pillars tools to map where you are now, where you are already strong and where the biggest opportunities sit. The outcome is a business-specific plan and service blueprint.

3

Implementation

This is where the plan becomes real. We train your current carers to deliver EverFit’s strength, balance, mobility and falls prevention sessions within your current business. Your team introduces the agreed changes with structured coaching, accountability and support from the Five Pillars team.

4

Ongoing Licence

Your licence keeps the Framework active with continued coaching, support sessions when you need them, monthly seminar to keep your knowledge fresh, access to the EverFit platform which includes the knowledge hub and managing clients, marketing help and use of the Five Pillars Partner logo.
